How Does It Work?

After finalizing your order, you will receive a user name and password and a web page link to log in to our Yearbooks! Online software. After logging in, the program guides you through the process of creating your very own yearbook.

Prepare Your Work

• All photos (other than student portraits) are called “candids.” All candid photos should be 200 dpi (dots per inch) or higher, named in a way that you can easily know what is in the photo.
• You can upload one photo at a time, or batches of photos in zip files or compressed folders. To create a zip file of your photos (Windows only), select all the photos you want to upload. Right click and “Send to Compressed Folder.” This should create a zip file of your photos. Next, upload the zip file just like you would with an individual photo.
• One of our best features is the ability to upload and sync your Professional School Photographer’s CD. Simply select “Upload PSPA CD,” then choose the file and upload it into our system.
