Our Yearbooks! Desktop solution is a simple, application that allows you to skip the entire file preparation process. Once you have created your book on your computer, you'll just save it to a disk and mail it to us.. Even proofing your book is a simple one-step process—just click “Preview Page.”

Expressly-Yours Yearbooks is a licensed re-seller of Yearbooks! Online. There is a $150 annual licensing fee that will be charged to the school when the total yearbook contract is for less than $3000.

How Does It Work?

After acquiring the YEARBOOK! DESKTOP software from us, you will receive a user name and password. The software will guide you through the process of creating your very own yearbook

• A drag and drop feature allows for easy yearbook creation all the way through
• Wizards help you edit print-quality graphics within the program
• A full spectrum of clip art, borders, and backgrounds provide your yearbook with a professional look
• A final Check Wizard makes sure your yearbook meets our requirements
• Yearbooks! Desktop supports the Professional School Photographers Association (PSPA) specification for CD based TEXT files and JPEG photos. With one step, all this data can be imported into Yearbooks! Desktop
• Available with both Macintosh and Window

Prepare Your Work

• All photos (other than student portraits) are called “candids.” All candid photos should be 200 dpi (dots per inch) or higher, named in a way that you can easily know what is in the photo.
• You can upload one photo at a time, or batches of photos in zip files or compressed folders. To create a zip file of your photos (Windows only), select all the photos you want to upload. Right click and “Send to Compressed Folder.” This should create a zip file of your photos. Next, upload the zip file just like you would with an individual photo.
• One of our best features is the ability to upload and sync your Professional School Photographer’s CD. Simply select “Upload PSPA CD,” then choose the file and upload it into our system.
