Now that you’re considering using Expressly-Yours to be your yearbook printer, let’s get you a price quote so you can make your final decision.

• Fill out our Quote Request Form
• You will receive a formal proposal: please read it carefully
• Just sign the proposal, and fax it back to (585) 235-7847. Congratulations, you’ve just chosen the premier yearbook printer to produce your yearbooks!
• In order to begin preparing your yearbook for printing, we will need a 50% deposit. This will be detailed in your proposal.

Notes about our Proposals

Shipping charges are not included. We approximate shipping costs for your convenience only: actual charges are based on actual weight and shipping volume once the books are printed, bound and boxed for shipment. At the time that shipping costs are added, we will notify you of the final balance due. Your yearbooks will be shipped only upon receipt of final payment.

Once your proposal is signed, it is a binding contract. Your signature means that you specifically agree to all the details specified in the proposal. If you do not agree with all the details outlined in your proposal, please notify us as soon as possible and we will get you a corrected copy.
